Mission Statement
New Millennium Project was founded by Charlene Fox, B.A.,
licensed massage therapist, massage therapy instructor, certified
healing touch practitioner, certified yoga teacher/trainer, Reiki
Master/Teacher and certified advanced food healing and qigong
instructor. Over the many years she has been teaching, Charlene
has been a witness to the transformation students and clients
alike have experienced through the practice and application of
these techniques. Many of her students have gone on to become
teachers themselves and all have experienced healing, not only
on a personal level but on a physical and spiritual level as
well. With the creation of New Millennium Project, we will be
sharing these systems with a larger community of people whowant
to receive and share our services or training. We change our lives
as we help others change theirs. Our organization’s philosophy is
